Order Processing All bulk orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Delivery and Shipping Rates Standard delivery usually takes 5-14 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges calculated at checkout cover the freight cost to your specified delivery address (Door-to-Door).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Please note that Dhanaa Ceylon Spices LTD is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or taxes (such as VAT) applied to your order. While the shipping cost covers transportation to your address, all local customs fees imposed by the destination country's government are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
